STRONGER - 12 Week Bootcamp Morning Session


Join me in my first ever full fitness program - STRONGER.

In 12 weeks, you will be on your way to your leanest, strongest, and healthiest body yet. The perfect way to jump start the new year.

This program includes:

  • 2 live sessions per week (24 sessions total)

  • “Homework” workouts each week

  • Guided wellness, nutrition, and general health tips

  • Strong community of like-minded individuals

  • Chance to win prizes from my favorite wellness brands

Because I know we all need some flexibility in life, you can either sign up for the entire program at $400 + tax or sign up when you’re able to for any drop in session at $20 + tax.

This program is intended for use in your home “gym” (aka living room), so equipment use is all based on what we can have at home. Recommended equipment includes: weights and/or handled resistance bands, circle bands, ankle weights, sliders, and a yoga mat.
