Haley has worked in many different areas of coaching people into new nutrition habits. She focuses on finding food freedom by determining what your personal “best diet” is to match your goals, activity level, and lifestyle.
Her specialty areas include:
Exercise performance & sports nutrition
Intuitive eating
Event preparation (first full marathon, next big vacation, your wedding day)
Food allergies, elimination diets, and digestive concerns
Behavior modification

Haley has trained clients from all backgrounds, including NCAA division 1 athletes to masters recreational exercisers looking for functional fitness.
While she has the skills to work with just about anyone, she especially loves working with women. Helping them learn how to safely weight lift, debunking the myth that women “shouldn’t lift” or shouldn’t get “too big”, and helping them find the confidence to walk down the beach or down the aisle is part of the reason Haley started working in the fitness industry!
