STRONGER Morning Session


Join the third session of STRONGER for 4 weeks to your strongest, leanest, and healthiest body yet.

The morning session kicks of on Tuesday August 9th and ends on Thursday September 1st. For 4 weeks we will meet from 7-7:50 am PST every Tuesday and Thursday. The perfect month to finish off summer strong!

This program includes:

  • 2 live sessions per week (8 sessions total)

  • 2 self-guided HIIT cardio workouts per week

  • Access to recorded sessions for 3 months

  • Guided wellness, nutrition, and general health tips

  • Weekly text check in (individual & group)

  • Strong community of like-minded individuals

Because I know we all need some flexibility in life, you can either sign up for the entire program for $150 + tax or sign up when you’re able to for any drop in session at $20 + tax.

This program is intended for use in your home “gym” (aka living room), so equipment use is all based on what we can have at home.

Recommended equipment includes:

  • Weights/kettle bells

  • Long handled resistance bands

  • Circle bands

  • Yoga mat

  • Bench or chair

  • Jump rope
